All orders are delivered with a return label.
- Fill out the return form and include it in the package, so we know what you want to do with your return.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at Posten.

Information about exchanges and returns

- Exchange your items for a gift card free of charge.
- If you would like a refund, we charge a fixed return fee of 69 kroner. This amount will be deducted from the total refunded to the customer.
- Bytte av vare(r) koster 59 kr og trekkes fra det totale refusjonsbeløpet.
- If you use a gift card for your purchase, you are not entitled to a cash refund.
Note: It is important that you use our return label so that the return reaches the correct address. Returns where the customer does not use our return label will be the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping. We also cannot guarantee that packages sent without our return label will be received or accepted.
Exchange and Gift Card
Vi har 30 dagers bytterett. For å være kvalifisert for retur, må varen din være ubrukt og i samme stand som du mottok den. Den må også være i originalemballasjen.
Exchange
Place a new order right away for the new items you want to exchange for, and we’ll refund you once we receive and approve your return. Exchanging item(s) costs 59 NOK and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you have used a discount code/gift card on the item(s) you want to exchange, please contact us. You will receive a new discount code/gift card if you exchange for the same product, so the amount remains the same when you place a new order.
If you selected invoice, log in to your Klarna account and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then pause your invoice until your return has been processed.
Gift card
Exchange your item(s) for a gift card of the same value that can be used at www.leochevon.no. Your right to exchange items for a gift card is valid for 30 days.

PS: For hygiene reasons, the exchange policy does not apply to opened or used earrings.
Reimbursement
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you want a refund, there is a fixed return shipping cost of 69 NOK. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. If your refund is approved, you will receive the reimbursed amount within 10 business days.
PS: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used earrings for hygienic reasons.
Repair and complaints
If your jewelry has been damaged, our returns team will of course help you. Remember that it is your responsibility, within a reasonable time, to report the damage or manufacturing defect to us.
Contact us at kontakt@leochevon.com and we'll help you out. Please remember to include your order number and the reason for your email. Feel free to attach a photo of the damaged jewelry so we can assist you more quickly.
Useful Information
- You will receive a notification from us when we receive your returned package. This usually takes 12-14 business days.
- If the customer does not register their return with us and does not use our return label on the package, you are responsible for the items until they have arrived at our warehouse, as well as covering the shipping costs.
- For rings attached with a security tag, the right of return is void if the tag is broken or removed.
