Exchange and return
Enter the order number (you will find it in the order confirmation e-mail) and the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. Tell us what you want to return and why.

Information on exchanges and returns
- Our exchange right lasts for 30 days. The right of return lasts for 14 days.
- Free exchange from NOK 449, otherwise NOK 49.
- Exchange the goods free of charge for a gift card from NOK 449, otherwise NOK 49.
- If you want the money refunded, we have a fixed return cost of NOK 69. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to the customer.
- If you use a gift card for a purchase, you are not entitled to a refund.
Note: It is important that you use our return label so that the return reaches the correct address. For returns where the customer does not use our return label, the customer himself will be responsible for covering the return. We also cannot guarantee that packages sent without our return label will be received or approved.
Exchange and gift cards
Our exchange right lasts for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. It is free to exchange your items with us.
If you have chosen invoice, log in to your Klarna account and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until your return has been processed.
Exchange the item(s) for a gift card of an equivalent amount that can be used at www.leochevon.no. Your right to exchange goods for gift cards is within 30 days. Follow the link at the top of this page for exchange/gift cards.
PS: The exchange right does not apply to opened or used earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If you want the money refunded, we have a fixed return shipping cost of NOK 69. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to the customer. If the refund is approved, you will receive the refunded amount within 1-2 working days.
PS: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Repairs and complaints
If your jewelery has been damaged, our return team will of course help you with it. Remember that you yourself are responsible, within a reasonable time, for reporting the damage/faulty production of the jewellery.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you. Remember to state the order number and the reason you are sending the email. Please attach a photo of the broken piece of jewelry so that we can help you faster.
You will receive a notification from us when we receive your parcel in return. This normally takes 12-14 working days.
If the customer does not register their return with us and does not use our return label on the package, you yourself are responsible for the goods until they have arrived at our warehouse, as well as covering the costs of delivery.
