PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In addition, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number), email address and telephone number. We refer to this information as "order information".
When we talk about "personal information" in this privacy policy, we are talking about both device information and order information.
HOW DO WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipment and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this order information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When you are in line with the preferences you have shared with us, we can provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services.
We use the device information that we collect to help us look for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). An example could be RetargetAPP which further targets/retargets the customers who have seen our website.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, to determine your location in terms of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in cookies in your browser (a temporary cookie that is removed automatically when you close the browser). We do this so that the selected currency is selected and consistent when you browse our website, so that the prices can convert to your (visitor's) local currency.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. Subcontractors
Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.
Vipps/Quickpay:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification. In addition, information is forwarded to Quickpay, which is a payment solution that makes it possible to integrate Vipps into the checkout with Shopify.
Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored with Gsuite by Google.
Tidio:
Tidio is our system for handling e-mail and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing e-mails and chat dialogues are stored at Tidio.
Klaviyo:
Klaviyo is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Klaviyo.
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.
Fiken AS:
Fiken is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name/address/orders/invoice.
Post/Bring:
We send packages with Posten/Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
Behavioral advertising
As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertising or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.
