Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the time you order. When the order is sent with Bring, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. All orders are delivered via Bring from our warehouse in Røyken, Norway.

Normal delivery time in Norway : 1-3 working days with tracking.

International deliveries: 7-10 working days.

Free shipping to mailboxes from NOK 449. Shipping cost when shopping for less than NOK 449 is NOK 49 in Norway and NOK 75 abroad. Package to delivery point costs NOK 69.

Useful information

Domestic and international orders are sent with Bring/Posten and will be delivered to your mailbox. It is important that the recipient's name is clearly written on the letterbox. You can track your package at Posten.no . You will receive a delivery notification by email when your package is on its way.

Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and heavy weather conditions. Delivery times are given as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays.

If you have not received your package within 5 weeks, you as the customer are responsible for letting us know within 5 weeks of your order. Your order will be considered delivered after this time.

We deliver to Europe, with the exception of Great Britain and Svalbard.
